Senator Joseph Biden and Pat Watson
Senator Joseph Biden from Deleware was a guest at a local hotel in August as he visited the Southeast Iowa area.
Senator Biden assisted Pat and her former boss, Ann Schodde, while they were with the Iowa Council for International Understanding based in Des Moines, with a project. The consideration Senator Biden's staff showed was appreciated and certainly never forgotten.
It was a pleasure to have the Senator and his staff as guests at in our hometown. We look forward to their return in the future. Websites of Interest

As the former owners, we were proud of the outstanding service and a warm and welcoming environment that we offered at all of our hotels across Iowa. However, as we sold the last hotel, we knew it was time to move on to other ventures. We wish the new owners great success with their move to the Mt. Pleasant area.
